About the Products

The products at Beanstalk are designed by me, the owner and creator of Beanstalk! Our favorite products are our handmade earrings, which are lovingly crafted by hand. As well as our stickers that are all original designs! But we do also offer a range of products from various other artists. Current featured artists are Denik, Lady Bones Print Co, and The Galek Sea.

Beanstalk Studio is based in Frankfort, Kentucky. Near the heart of the bluegrass!

 

Beanstalk was born out of a hobby and a passion for creating cute and mystical items. I am constantly expanding and adding new items to my passion project, in an effort to bring you exciting things!

When you buy from Beanstalk you are supporting not only a small business but also a dream! You can feel good about helping your fellow human, rather than buying fast fashion from giant corporations.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package and destination. Tracking and package insurance is provided.

Q: When will my package ship?

A: I am currently experiencing high order volumes! Please allow extra time for your order to ship. I am a single employee business so please expect up to a two week wait for your package. Thank you for your patience and support!

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: Custom orders are dependent on my current order volume. Feel free to message me about custom orders but I cannot guarantee anything.
I will always do alterations such as changing hooks to clip-ons. However do to the construction of the earrings (such as not being able to change a stud to a clip-on without remaking the earring) there will be a fee.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes! I ship everywhere! Please note that the customer is responsible for any fees that may incur once the package reaches its destination country.

Q: Do you offer priority/rush shipping?

A: I do not offer rush shipping at this time.

Q: My tracking number says my package was delivered but it wasn't. What do I do?

A: Please start by re-checking your tracking number. If the package has been marked as delivered, contact your post office ASAP to see if they have information on your package. Check with roommates, neighbors, and/or apartment management to see if your package was mixed up or picked up by them. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact me.

Q: I accidentally entered the wrong address for my order. What do I do?

A: Please contact me as soon as possible (through one of my social medias or through this website's messaging option) with your order number and the corrected shipping address. If the order has not shipped yet, I can change the address. 

If the order has already shipped, I am not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the buyer, and no refunds will be issued.  

If the order is returned to me in good condition, you may purchase additional shipping and have your order reshipped.

Q: Do you offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges?

A: All sales are final and I do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Unless the product has arrived damaged. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible with your concern so I can assist you. For payments via PayPal, in the event that a refund is granted, the refund will have the PayPal fee deducted from your total refund.
